There is no phone number and no chat window pretending to be a person. There is an address, and there is someone who reads it.

Most emails are answered within one business day. If it takes longer, it is still being read.

Write if you need to:

— Change something before it prints. Write within 12 hours of ordering and we swap it at no cost, before anything goes on a shirt. Size, color, design, address, all of it.

— Get a different size. One exchange per order, within 30 days. Send a photo of the size label and tell us the size you need.

— Report something damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered. One photo within 30 days and we reprint it or refund it. Nothing goes back in the post.

— Ask a question before you buy. Which size to take, whether the sweatshirt really runs small (it does, order one up), how the print holds up, where a package is.

Include your order number if you have one. It saves a round trip.

ON YOUR ADDRESS

Your email is used to answer your email. Your order details are used to make the order and ship it. That is the entire list.

We do not sell your address and we do not rent it. Writing to us does not sign you up for anything. There is no newsletter waiting behind this form.

When the matter is closed, ask us to delete the thread and we delete it.

We are in the United States and we answer on business days. We do not pretend to be awake at three in the morning.
