TERMS OF SERVICE

These are the terms you agree to when you buy from STRAIGHT FACE, operated by [LEGAL NAME]. They are short on purpose. Anything unclear, ask: [EMAIL].

1. ORDERING

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel it and refund you in full, for example if the item cannot be produced, if a price was posted wrong, or if the order appears fraudulent. We will tell you which.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars. T-shirts are $32, $35 in 2XL, $37 in 3XL. Sweatshirts are $64, $67 in 2XL, $69 in 3XL. Shipping is free on every order; no shipping charge is added at checkout. Sales tax is added where the law requires it, and it is shown to you before you pay. Nothing else is added.

Payment is processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. Your card details go to them and not to us. We cannot see them and we do not store them.

If a price is displayed incorrectly, we will contact you before charging you, and you can confirm the order or cancel it.

3. EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER

Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Your item is printed after you buy it, which is why there is no stock counter and nothing ever sells out.

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery within the United States takes 4 to 6 business days after the order ships. We email you a tracking number when the order ships.

Once a job has gone to print it cannot be recalled. See section 5.

4. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

T-shirt: Cotton Heritage MC1082. 5.5 oz, 100% combed cotton, side-seamed, dropped shoulder, standard body. It is not an oversized fit. Sizes S to 3XL, in Black and Vintage White.

Sweatshirt: Cotton Heritage M2480. 8.5 oz, crew neck. Sizes S to 3XL, in Black and Bone. It runs small. The manufacturer recommends ordering one size up, and so do we.

Print: one 12-inch panel on the front, water-based ink cured into the fabric.

Printed and shipped from the United States, to addresses in the United States.

Garment measurements are taken flat and vary slightly from one piece to the next. A screen is not a color sample: Black, Vintage White and Bone look different in daylight than they do on a phone.

The body images on this site are generated composites, not photographs of a model wearing the garment. The garment specifications and print dimensions are accurate.

5. CHANGES, EXCHANGES, AND THINGS THAT GO WRONG

Within 12 hours of ordering: write to [EMAIL] and we will change the size, the color, the design or the address, or cancel the order and refund you in full. Nothing has been printed yet, so it costs nothing.

After 12 hours: the job is in production and we cannot stop it.

Wrong size: one free exchange per order, within 30 days of delivery. Send a photo of the size label on the item you have and tell us the size you need. We print the replacement and send it. Nothing goes back in the post. Keep the first one or pass it to someone it fits.

Damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered: send one photo within 30 days of delivery. We reprint it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Again, nothing goes back in the post.

Changed your mind after 12 hours: because each item is printed for one person, we do not accept general returns. The 12-hour window and the free size exchange exist so that nobody is stuck with something they cannot wear.

Lost in transit: tell us and we will take it up with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we print a replacement and send it at no charge.

Tracking says delivered and it is not there: tell us and we will open a claim with the carrier and stay on it with you. If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, we cannot recover the package, and a replacement is a new order.

6. THE DESIGNS

The artwork, and the images and text on this site, belong to [LEGAL NAME]. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt: wear it, photograph it, post it, sell it secondhand. Do not reproduce our designs on merchandise of your own, and do not use our images to sell something that is not ours.

7. USING THE SITE

Do not attempt to break, overload, mass-scrape or gain unauthorized access to the store. Do not order under a false identity or with a payment method that is not yours.

8. YOUR INFORMATION

To make an order and deliver it we need your name, your address, your email, and what you bought. That information goes to the people who have to see it, which is the payment processor, the print facility and the carrier, and to nobody else. We do not sell it and we do not rent it. What we keep, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it is set out in the Privacy Policy: [PRIVACY URL].

Ordering gets you transactional email: confirmation, tracking, and anything concerning your own order. Marketing email goes only to people who asked for it, and every one of those carries an unsubscribe link that works.

9. WHAT WE PROMISE, AND WHAT WE DO NOT

We promise the garment and the print match the description, that they arrive free of manufacturing defects, and that section 5 is honored as written. Beyond that, the store and its contents are provided as they are, without further warranty.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here removes a right your state's consumer law gives you.

10. DISPUTES

If something goes wrong, email us first. Most things are settled in one message. If a dispute cannot be settled that way, these terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], and any claim will be brought in the courts of [STATE]. This does not stop you from bringing a claim in small claims court where you live.
